How do I check whether a platform is legitimate?
Look it up in your country's register. Everything on its own website was written by the platform.
A polished site, a working app, visible balances and responsive support cost a few thousand to arrange and prove nothing. So skip all of it and check the two things a fake cannot produce.
Registration. Look the company up in the register your own country maintains — the regulator's list, found by navigating there yourself. Absence is not automatic proof of fraud, but combined with anything else it is enough.
Withdrawal. Try to withdraw the whole balance, not a part. A real platform processes it or cites a written rule. A fake one produces a fee, a tax, a verification deposit or a freeze — and that answer arrives within a day.
Two automatic disqualifiers: a fee demanded before you can withdraw your own money, and a platform you first heard about from someone who contacted you.
The long con shows how the convincing version is built.
