Is a photo of my seed phrase good enough?
No. A photo is a file, files sync, and synced files are read by whoever gets into the account.
The moment the words become a photograph they become a file, and files behave like files. They sync to a cloud account, appear in photo backups, get scanned by apps you granted gallery access to, and survive in places you forgot about.
This is not theoretical. Automated theft of recovery phrases from cloud photo libraries is a standard technique, and it works because the phrase is written in plain words that image recognition reads easily.
The same applies to a screenshot, a note in a phone, a draft email and a message you sent yourself.
If you have already done it: create a new wallet, move everything to it, and treat the old phrase as public. There is no way to un-photograph a phrase.
If the phrase has been exposed is the ordered version of what to do.
